[Postgraduate Recruitment] Notice on Master's Program Transfer Vacancy Information for School of Art and Design 2025

Dear Candidates,
The transfer vacancy information for master's programs in our School of Art and Design (2025 intake) will be published on the Ministry of Education’s Graduate Enrollment Transfer System (website: [https://yz.chsi.com.cn/yztj/](https://yz.chsi.com.cn/yztj/)) from 00:00 on April 8, 2025, to 00:00 on April 9, 2025. Applications are open to candidates whose first-choice major is Design (Code: 1370) or related research fields.
1. Transfer Requirements
(1). All transfers must be processed through the National Master’s Program Transfer System (hereafter "Transfer System"). The system’s opening hours and volunteer lock period are centrally managed by the School of Art and Design. Each transfer window remains open for ≥12 hours, with volunteer lock times ≤36 hours.
(2). Candidates must monitor the School’s website or contact 022-84335681 for updates on retest arrangements.
(3). Admissions violating transfer policies/procedures will be deemed invalid.
2. Transfer Procedures
(1). Release of Transfer Information: After system activation, vacancy details will be posted based on enrollment needs and retest status.
(2). Volunteer Submission: Eligible candidates must log in during the designated window to submit transfer applications.
(3). Retest Notification: Candidates selected for retests will receive system notifications. Confirm acceptance promptly.
(4). Retest Participation: Submit required documents and attend retests per School guidelines, aligned with *Tianjin University of Science and Technology’s 2025 Graduate Retest Policies*.
(5). Pre-Admission Confirmation: Post-retest, pre-admitted candidates will be notified via the Transfer System. Confirm acceptance within the deadline.

(2).Initial exam scores (including bonuses) must meet Region A’s national baseline for Design majors. First-choice applicants to Design (Code: 1370) with Unified Exam Subjects: 101 (Political Theory) and 201 (English I).
(3). Selection:
Vacancies are system-published. Retest candidates are ranked by descending initial exam scores with a retest ratio ≥1.5:1.
