Awards and Honors:

1. In 2010, *Deepening Teaching Reform and Promoting the Construction of Characteristic Major in Packaging Engineering* won the Second Prize of National Teaching Achievement Award.

2. In 2010, was rated as an Advanced Individual in Teachers' Professional Ethics of Tianjin University of Science and Technology.

3. The paper *Research on How Tianjin Universities Can Better Serve the Local Economic Development* was rated as the Third Prize of the Research Achievements of the 4th Training Class for Young Cadres in Tianjin Universities in September 2010.

4. Won the Excellent Instructor Award in the "Design Art Award of China Tour 2011" for instructing student Chen Haiyan.

5. *Packaging Structure Design of High-quality River Crabs in Qilihai* won the Second Prize in the Creative Design Works Exhibition of Tianjin Art Colleges at the 3rd China Binhai International Cultural and Creative Exhibition and Fair. Organized by Tianjin Creative Industry Association and Tianjin Artists Association, on December 6, 2012.

6. The project *Research on the Cultivation Mode of Innovative Talents in Art and Design Education of Comprehensive Universities* won the Second Prize of School-level Teaching Achievement Award in 2013.

7. The project *Deeply Integrating into the Development of Binhai New Area and Innovating the Undergraduate Education and Teaching Mode* won the First Prize of the 7th Tianjin Municipal Teaching Achievement Award in Higher Education in 2013.

8. In 2013, was selected into the Cultivation Plan of "Leading Talents in Disciplines" in Tianjin Universities.

9. In October 2013, the project list of the 6th National College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Annual Conference of the Ministry of Education was announced. The entrepreneurial practice project *Innovative Design of the Bass Drum Pedal* completed by undergraduate students Hao Yuxiang, Wang Jing and others, instructed by Professor Zhang Bei and Teacher Liu Yu from the School of Art and Design of our university, was selected as an entrepreneurial recommendation project, and became the only entrepreneurial recommendation project selected into the 6th National College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Annual Conference among Tianjin universities.

10. In September 2014, the capsule-shaped eye drops won the Red Dot Best of the Best Award.
