Tianjin Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project Tianjin Culture Research Special Project is based on the regional cultural characteristics of Tianjin, and adheres to the combination of basic theoretical research and applied countermeasures research. It not only encourages the sorting of existing research situations and results in the early stages, and aims at it, but also encourages strengthening top-level design and conducting research in stages and fields. We can not only carry out overall research on Tianjin's culture, but also carry out targeted research around iconic symbols that reflect Tianjin's cultural characteristics, and launch research results with academic innovation, decision-making reference and cultural heritage value to further enhance the influence of Tianjin's culture.

Guided by the "Pioneer Plan", the college insists on promoting "organized scientific research". Through the "Shangyi Lecture Hall" academic platform, it invites well-known experts to conduct academic lectures on the topic of scientific research application, and has invited experts to guide college teachers on how to choose topics and write high-level project application forms, actively creating a good academic atmosphere. During this special application for Tianjin culture, the college carefully organized and carefully planned. A total of 30 teachers actively applied for it and successfully established 7 projects. The research directions cover multiple dimensions such as folk culture research, river and sea culture research, and performing arts culture research. These projects start from different angles and deeply explore the connotation and value of Tianjin culture, which will provide strong theoretical support and practical guidance for the inheritance and development of Tianjin culture.
