On June 25, the Party Committee of the College of Art and Design organized faculty and student Party members to visit the Yan'an Spirit Shines Forever exhibition on the Binhai Campus. The activity connected revolutionary history education with TUST's Pioneer Program and 3510 Strategic Initiative.

Participants viewed exhibits and read historical documents before discussing the experience. They described the Yan'an Spirit as an important part of the Communist Party of China's heritage and said its emphasis on conviction and hard work remains relevant. They also discussed applying what they had learned to the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and to disciplinary development as the university advances the 3510 Strategic Initiative and Pioneer Program.

The college Party Committee plans to continue integrating Party building with academic and institutional development in support of TUST's goal of becoming a high-level research university.
