On July 7, a delegation from the College of Art and Design visited key enterprises and cultural tourism projects in Ninghe District to explore local-government and industry cooperation. Dean Zhang Zhiyu led the delegation following coordination with the Publicity Department of the CPC Ninghe District Committee. The visit was accompanied by Pang Zhongxin, member of the Standing Committee and director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Ninghe District Committee; Executive Deputy Director Ding Shikun; Deputy Director Song Hanqing; and company representatives.
During a meeting, Zhang introduced the college's programs, disciplinary development, student training, areas of professional expertise and public service. Pang described Ninghe's plans for industrial upgrading, rural revitalization, cultural tourism and city branding. The two sides discussed a regular framework for cooperation between the district, the university and local enterprises.

The group then visited Tianjin Yongjin Sewing Products Co., Ltd., the Zhengxin 1980s Cultural Tourism Industry Base and other projects. It toured production and exhibition spaces and reviewed operations, product development, market plans and staffing needs. Company representatives also described needs in product innovation, brand development, cultural and creative intellectual property, and the design of visitor settings.

The participants agreed to explore cooperation in industry-university-research projects, faculty and student practice, application of teaching results, internship and employment bases, and jointly developed cultural tourism projects. The work is intended to connect university teaching, research and public service with Ninghe's industrial and cultural resources.
