In order to enhance students' awareness of laboratory safety, ensure campus safety and stability and the safety of teachers and students' lives and property, and create a good atmosphere for everyone to be safe and everyone to be safe, according to the documents of the Municipal Education Commission and the relevant spirit of the university safety conference, our university held the 2024 Laboratory safety poster creative design Competition. We are now soliciting entries from all students in the university, and the contents of the activity are as follows:

2. Organization of the Activity This activity is sponsored by the State-owned Assets and Laboratory Management Office and hosted by Art and Design College
3. All students and teachers of the competition
4. Deanline: The collection of entries is from now until May 10.
5. The content and requirements of the works must meet the requirements of the theme of the competition, the content is healthy, the theme is clear, from different angles, different levels of exploration and presentation of the theme, can be around the laboratory fire safety, hazardous chemical safety, laboratory environmental health, water and electricity safety, special equipment safety and other themes, combined with the actual university elements. To design artistic, easily disseminated, educational or warning effect of excellent works. The aim is to promote laboratory safety culture, enhance laboratory safety awareness, and create a good laboratory safety culture atmosphere.
6. Format of works
(1) The form of submission of works is electronic manuscript, and the format is jpg file. Hand-drawn entrants need to scan or take high-definition photos of their work. The size of a single image should not exceed 1OM.
(2) The software production works are not limited to horizontal and vertical versions, the accuracy should be above 300dpi, RGB mode. If the layout size of the hand-painted work is A3(297mm×420mm), the composition is horizontal.
(3) Work vector file (CDR, PSD, etc.), please submit together, and please keep the source file.

l. Entries must be original works of the author and have not participated in other similar competitions or been commercialized. If the work involves plagiarism, borrowing and other infringement acts shall be borne by the author himself;
2. If the entry contains any content that violates Chinese laws and regulations, infringes other legal rights or is inappropriate, the award will be disqualified;
3. By participating in this activity, participants agree to the organizer's subsequent publicity and promotion;
4. Please compress the work file (jpg+ source file, or source file) into one file, named "project name + College + author + mobile phone number", and send it to the designated email address before May 10th.
